“The Landmark London impresses with its historic grandeur and platinum-level service, though weekend dining appears less polished. Its central location near Regent's Park and refined afternoon tea service are definite assets. I find the hotel's commitment to luxury experiences, like unique cocktail masterclasses, particularly noteworthy.”

The Landmark London is widely appreciated for its spectacular building and excellent location in the heart of London, conveniently close to major sights and parks, with Marylebone station just across the street. Guests frequently praise the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms, some offering views of the stunning atrium; the availability of a water bidet is another plus. The Winter Garden is a highlight for many, with a relaxing atmosphere for meals. while the mirror bar and in-house pub are also popular; some guests, however, have noted issues with the heating system, which relies on heat pumps, resembling a hospital environment.

Excellent stay!

magnificent architecturewonderful staffwide variety
The building's architecture is magnificent, especially the public areas. The staff was wonderful. They were always ready to help. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices, especially for vegetarians.
The minibar was not refilled daily.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offers many options, including vegetarian and kid-friendly choices. The Wintergarden restaurant has a relaxing environment with outdoor vibes. Manager Helmi and waiter Mihai deliver excellent hospitality. There were no queues.
Service
10/10
The staff is courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. Helmi, the manager, is especially good at making everyone happy. The team works hard to. I felt very welcome.
Location
9/10
The hotel is in Marylebone, offering easy access to pubs via charming residential streets. The metro station is also only 50 meters away. Taxis are always available in front of the hotel! though the parking was expensive.
Rooms
9/10
Our room was large and clean, especially important when traveling with kids. Most rooms have atrium-facing windows. This helps baby monitors work well from rooms to the Wintergarden. The bed and pillows are high quality. I slept very well.

mixed feelings about this stay

convenient locationcracked worktopunexpected fee
The location was quite convenient. It was next to a station.
I found the room less than stellar. The bathroom worktop had a crack. the decor seemed like it hadn't been updated since the '80s, honestly. also, there was an unexpected 5% service fee added upon checkout. You know, on top of already tipping for everything!!!
